Apple Store Repair FAIL!

I took my MacBook to the Apple Store at Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids, MI to have the shell replaced.  It took the four days to get it done.  They took my user name and password to be able to test their work thoroughly.  After picking it up today, drove back an hour home, I was shocked that the subwoofer was not plugged in.  After four days, they couldn’t spend a minute to test for the sound?  I am seriously disappointed at the ability of the technicians that they have in the Grand Rapids store.  I expect this type of poor workmanship from a cheap PC manufacturer, not from Apple.
