Adios Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
It was fun while it lasted.
Too much tinkering needed to run basic things… VMWare VCenter Client, Altiris console, etc.
Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus install killed you.
Your more reliable (word loosely used) brother Windows 7 32 bit will be taking your place in my work laptop.
Maybe a future revision of you will again be my work operating system but for now rest in peace...
Sometimes, it’s cool to hack at something to get it to work the way you want it. But wouldn’t it be better if it came the way you wanted it to work? Now what if I was referring to your dentist?
Posted via Tumblr widget on MacBook - Bluetooth connection on my BlackBerry Bold 9700. How awesome is that? The instruction on connecting via a PC is several pages long. On the Mac, add a Bluetooth connection and pair with the phone, click connect and you’re posting to Tumblr.
Futility
Back from swimming in the ridiculously hot pool. I only manage 25 laps. Grilling pork chops to recoup the calories I burned. :)
Looks like Darwin and Chris are getting lucky with the weather. The rain seems to be heading north and there’s a window to play 18 holes. Michigan weather, you have to experience it for yourself. Sounds like a good follow up to the Pure Michigan tourism campaign.
Now off to eat my dimsum.
I see moisture bearing clouds west of here. Still will try to make it to the driving range after work to practice and fix my swing.
Nohemi and I watched Date Night at Rave. Movie was funny.
Kaizen & 5S with GTD flavor.
Another bad round of golf today. Possibly hitting the range with Darwin this weekend. I need to practice and stop expecting to play well without investing time in the range.
Getting ready to do some gardening with Nohemi. Earlier, we went to Lowes for some plants and pavers. Now, the plan is to line up all the bricks, instead of the crooked way it is currently placed.
Just finished Plyo X today. This is my second attempt at it. I have invested more into it, this round, in the hope of actually making it all the way. Stopping half way last time was the biggest mistake.
End of Skins 2nd Generation
It’s been nearly a month since the last episode was out but I just watched it today. I am a bit bummed at the abruptness of the ending. It needed the last 2 episodes to wrap things up and end it like the 1st generation. Maybe they ran out of money? I hear talk of a movie that will include gen 1, 2 and 3 people. Hopefully, the movie makes it to the States.
First post using the iPod touch. I wonder how life will be if I had an iPhone?
I had to skip the dailybooth today because the site was experiencing heavy traffic.
Note to self: Settle down with the aggressive driving. Miatas are particularly small in this SUV world.

Good source of royalty free music for videos etc. Fuck the RIAA! :)
Not a very promising start to the golf season. But I had fun which is what matters most since I didn’t play well. :)
Making dinner because Nohemi is feeling a little under the weather. I am making her soup and myself a pizza.
VLOG?
I just realized that I haven’t used my FlipUltra since December. At least, the latest videos on FlipShare are dated December 2009. Start a vlog perhaps? Late adopter much?
First day of golf league tomorrow. I am super excited. I need to dig out my clubs from the garage.
Phew! An hour and a half after getting in to work, I am able to log into my laptop. Windows 7 wasn’t my idea, and I am a PC. (Luckily, I am OS agnostic and am posting this on my Mac)
:( They’re heading back to Mallorca already.
Had dinner with at Martells. Tomorrow, off to Chicago.
OMG! 3G is the awesome. When will AT&T provide Kalamazoo with 3G service? I guess, they have no reason to do so until they scam us first with the femtocell thing.
In the Old Navy parking lot, waiting for Nohemi, Esther & their mom to get done shopping.
Went to the Covered Bridge in Centerville this evening. Made crablegs curry for dinner. Cut and sewed Esther’s pants. Watched a nudist in What Not To Wear.
Chinn Chinn for dinner last night.
What good is an antivirus with real-time protection turned off? About as good as a server rendered unusable by the antivirus that uses all of the system resources. :)
It is hard to hold ones tongue while at work.
Stumbled on dailybooth.com today. It’s going to be my substitute for flickr 365 because they’re Nazis with a whole bunch of rats that snitch on users.
I am exhausted and it is only midweek.
Big storm over Lake Michigan right now. It’ll be fun going to the Secretary of State later to correct the Rogue title.
I forgot about the pain that comes with physical exertion.
Happy Easter!
I had my first diva moment in my life today. I was in Subway ordering when I saw the sub that was being made for me, I told the Sub Artist that it looked nasty and wanted something else.
Went to Bit of Swiss today via Red Arrow Highway to pick up Esther’s birthday cake. Weather was not so nice.
Yesterday, we went to Grand Haven then P.J. Hoffmaster State Park. I liked how yesterday was spent.
Thursday, we went to Birch Run then Bronners and finally stopped for a bit at Frankenmuth. Weather was beautiful.
